Whipped Cream Chocolate Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 egg whites
    1 pt. whipped cream
Preparation
    Grease 8 x 8-inch square pan and line with wax paper.
    Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.
    Gradually add sugar, beating well.
    Add cocoa and vanilla, mixing until cocoa is blended.
    Beat 3 egg whites to form peaks; fold in egg mixture.
    Bake 22 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool 5 minutes.
    Spread heavy cream, then roll. Spread remainder of cream on top with shaved chocolate.
