Rumaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken livers
    soy sauce
    1/4-inch canned water chestnut slices
    wine of your choice (optional)
    beef bacon, cut 1/2-inch wide
Preparation
    Cut chicken livers into bite size pieces.
    Sprinkle with soy sauce, marinade the chestnuts in the wine.
    Wrap bacon around a slice of liver and one of the chestnuts.
    Secure with a wooden toothpick and broil slowly, until bacon is crisp.
    Serve hot.
