Two-Cheese Fettuccine Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves and coarse ground pepper
    1 3/4 c. skim milk
    8 oz. fettuccine, cooked and drained
    1 c. (4 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. broccoli flowerets, cooked and drained
    1 red pepper, cut into julienne strips
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in oil.
    Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Toss hot pasta with sauce and remaining ingredients.
