Herb Marinated Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 bay leaf
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    4 to 5 tomatoes
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes and onions, layering them.
    Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the tomatoes and onions.
    Let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
    Spoon marinade over occasionally.
