Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
4 c. chopped rhubarb
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except butter.
Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Top with butter and lattice top. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 400\u00b0.
