Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium cans chunky pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 stick butter or margarine
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Empty one can pineapple and juice into casserole.
Drain juice from remaining can and discard and empty pineapple in casserole. Add sugar and flour; stir.
Melt butter and mix with Ritz crackers.
Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
