Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef stew meat, well trimmed
    2 c. Burgundy wine
    4 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Cut beef into 1-inch cubes.
    Mix wine, mushroom soup and onion soup mix.
    Pour over meat.
    Place in covered roaster.
    Make sure it is covered tightly with either a lid or foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Check periodically and add wine to keep sauce a medium-thick consistency.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
