Butterfingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. peanut butter
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    Wheat Thins (regular)
    melted chocolate bark
Preparation
    Mix sugar, peanut butter and margarine until smooth.
    Spread between 2 Wheat Thins crackers to make a sandwich approximately 1/2-inch thick.
    Dip in melted chocolate bark to coat.
    Place on waxed paper to dry.
    Store in the refrigerator.
    Makes 35 to 40.
