Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. molasses
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. ginger
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter, add sugar, well beaten egg, molasses, then the buttermilk to which soda has been added.
    Sift flour and ginger together.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Pour into greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
