Buttermilk-Banana Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. low-fat buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 bananas, sliced 1/4-inch thick
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Make a well in the center and set aside.
    Whisk together buttermilk, brown sugar, egg whites, butter and vanilla.
    Pour mixture into center of flour mixture.
    Mix until just combined.
    Cover with plastic wrap and let stand 1 hour (or refrigerate overnight).
