Butterscotch Haystacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. (11 oz.) butterscotch flavored chips
    3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
    2 (5 oz.) cans chow mein noodles
    7 oz. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Line cookie trays with wax paper. Microwave chips in large microwave-safe bowl on Medium-high (70%) for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave at additional 10 to 20 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in peanut butter until well blended. Add chow mein noodles and marshmallows. Toss until all ingredients are coated. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto trays. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
