Danny'S Italian Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lb. sausage (5-inch pieces)
6 celery ribs, diced
2 onions, diced
2 Tbsp. crushed rosemary
4 large garlic cloves
salt and pepper to taste
2 large cans tomato puree
Preparation

Boil sausage in water until no longer pink.
Should be plump. Pour off water and keep residue in the pot.
Add celery, onions, rosemary, garlic and salt and pepper.
Add tomato puree and 2 cans of water or enough to cover. Place in large roasting pan and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Two dozen buns should be enough for sandwiches. Leftover sauce may be used for spaghetti and can be frozen.
