Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. pancake mix
    1 (12 oz.) can corn, drained
    vegetable oil (1 inch deep)
Preparation
    Blend egg and milk.
    Add pancake mix, stirring until smooth. Batter will be stiff.
    Fold in corn.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil.
    Cook quickly until golden brown, 2 minutes on each side. Yields 24.
