Smothered Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. rump
    flour mixed with salt and pepper
    3 large onions, sliced
    3 Tbsp. fat
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. strained tomatoes or 1/2 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Dredge the
    meat
    with flour.
    Brown it in a heavy pan. Brown the onions in the fat.
    Add the mustard, celery seed and tomatoes. Pour over the meat.
    Simmer for 3 hours.
    Serves 6.
