Dynamite Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread (Pepperidge Farm)
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk (part half and half if wanted)
    1/2 stick melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Remove crust and cube bread.
    In a bowl, combine eggs, which have been beaten in a blender, with milk, butter, salt and pepper. Grease one-quart casserole.
    Alternate layers of bread, eggs and cheese with last layer being cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake one hour, uncovered, in oven heated to 325\u00b0.
