Ingredients

1 cup margarine
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 1/4 cup coconut
1/2 cup english walnuts, chopped fine
Preparation

Mix together, margarine, brown sugar and eggs. Beat in water and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients and add to mixture. Fold in coconut and nuts. Chill one hour or overnight.
