7-Up Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oleo
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
2 Tbsp. lemon extract
3/4 c. 7-Up

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Add flour.
Beat in lemon extract and 7-Up.
Pour batter into well-greased and floured \"jumbo\" fluted mold or a 12-cup Bundt pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
