Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
2 lemons
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
Preparation

Mix cornstarch and sugar.
Add lemon juice from the two lemons. Add beaten egg yolks.
Boil lemon rind in 1 1/4 cups water; remove rind from water.
Add to the cornstarch mixture.
Cook in double boiler.
Put in baked crust.
Beat egg whites with 5 tablespoons sugar.
Spread over pie and brown.
