Baked Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. salmon, debone and remove skin
1 tsp. margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Melt margarine in a frying pan.
Add onion, green pepper, soup and milk.
Heat almost until boiling.
Remove bones and skin from salmon.
Break into small chunks.
Place salmon in small greased casserole dish. Bake until done.
Pour mixture over salmon.
Cover with bread crumbs.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
