Pork And Bean Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. boiling water
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can pork and beans, remove fat pieces
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over raisins and set aside.
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla and beans until broken up.
    Can use blender. Add flour and remaining ingredients, including raisins and water; mix well.
    Pour batter into well-greased and floured bread loaf pan.
    If small pans, makes 3.
    If large pans, makes 2.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
