Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. meal
    1/4 c. melted butter
    4 Tbsp. lemon rind
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and butter.
    Add meal and flour, then add milk, 4 tablespoons lemon rind and 1/4 cup lemon juice.
    Mix well and pour into 9-inch unbaked pie crust.
    Cook 40 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
