Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and drained
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
Mrs. Dash (original flavor)
chopped onions (if desired) to taste
Preparation

Cook bacon in large skillet until done.
Keep a small amount of bacon drippings in skillet and place shredded cabbage in skillet.
Add Mrs. Dash and chopped onions.
Sprinkle drained, chopped bacon over the top and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir and simmer additional 10 minutes.
Great with pork chops or barbecued pork steaks!
