Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. lean beef, roll in flour and brown
    4 large potatoes, cut in 1-inch cubes
    6 carrots, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 pkg. stew mix
    2 c. canned tomatoes or juice
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 tsp. sugar
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a heavy Dutch oven.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
