Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil (vegetable)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 sliced apples
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Sprinkle top with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
