Basic Wine Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 c. chicken stock
1/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation

In small skillet, melt the butter, stir in flour and cook a minute or two.
Off heat, stir in the wine, stock and cream. Return to heat, stirring until sauce thickens.
Serve over any wild fowl.
