Peco'S Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    2 (15 oz.) cans chili with beans
    1 (12 oz.) can whole corn
    salt and pepper
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain.
    In large skillet, melt butter.
    Add green pepper and onion; saute. Add chili, corn and salt and pepper.
    Simmer 5 minutes on low. Stir in macaroni; top with cheese.
    Cover and let cheese melt. Serves 6.
