Never Fail Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    2 eggs
    2 yeast cakes
    1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 or 3/4 c. shortening
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Sift flour after measuring.
    Blend shortening, sugar and salt. Dissolve yeast in cold water.
    Let set 5 minutes.
    Pour boiling water in mixture of sugar and shortening.
    Let cool.
    Beat eggs and add to mixture.
    Add flour last.
    Let stand 4 hours or overnight.
    Roll out and cut.
    Dip in melted butter.
    Let rise 2 hours.
    Cook at 500\u00b0 for about 10 or 12 minutes.
