Holiday Tomato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 Tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. cold tomato juice
1 c. hot tomato juice
3/4 c. cold tomato juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. bread and butter pickles, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 tsp. grated onion
Preparation

Sprinkle gelatin over cold tomato juice; soften, then add hot tomato juice.
When dissolved add 3/4 cup cold tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and salt.
Chill until slightly thickened and add chopped pickles, celery and onion.
Fills a ring mold.
