Crabmeat Cocktail Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. crabmeat
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. green onions
Preparation
    Mix
    first
    4\tingredients
    until
    blended.
    Stir
    in crabmeat, cheese and sliced
    onions.
    Pour\tinto
    a 9-inch pie plate or quiche pan lined with pastry.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 10 people.
