Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (including juice)
    2 c. chopped banana
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients in large bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Do not beat. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes (55 minutes in sheet cake pan). Cool in pan for about 25 minutes.
