Elaine'S Apple Crunch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large apples
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
Preparation

Peel and slice apples.
Place in a buttered 2-quart casserole baking dish.
Cover with 1/2 cup sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix flour, 3/4 cup sugar and butter until mixture is the consistency of crumbs.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
