Congealed Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 envelope unflavored Knox gelatin
    2 c. cooked chicken, diced
    1 c. blanched almonds, slivered
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. sour cream
    salad greens
Preparation
    Combine gelatin and broth.
    Heat until gelatin is dissolved. Cool.
    Combine remaining ingredients except salad greens.
    When gelatin is thick enough to mound when dropped from a spoon, fold into chicken mixture.
    Pour into greased molds.
    Chill until firm.
