Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 cans chopped clams, drain and reserve liquid
    1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. basil leaves
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, cook garlic in oil until tender.
    Add reserved clam liquid; bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes.
    Add clams and heat through.
    Serve over hot cooked linguini with Parmesan cheese.
