Southern Pie Crust(Easy Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour, blend with 1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Add vinegar and water.
    Cut flour into shortening. Add egg mixture to flour and shortening.
    Mix just until flour is moistened.
    Use additional flour when rolling dough.
    Makes one double crust and one shell.
