Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. potatoes (new)
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. corn oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Meanwhile in a small bowl heat together the vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper; set aside.
    As soon as potatoes are tender slice in large bowl.
    While potatoes are hot add eggs, onion and parsley and toss.
    Immediately pour over the oil mixture, but do not toss.
    Let marinate at room temperature for 1 hour; add mayonnaise.
