Sno-Ball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) box strawberry gelatin
    1 pt. strawberries, sliced
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
    1 large angel food cake
    1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
    1/2 c. canned coconut
    3 Tbsp. canned coconut
Preparation
    Mix gelatin by directions.
    Place in refrigerator and let thicken, but not gel.
    Mix strawberries, sugar, salt and pecans by hand.
    Place in refrigerator and let chill.
