Cream Of Carrot Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    4 large carrots, sliced
    1 celery stalk with leaves
    2 large peeled and diced potatoes
    2 sprigs fresh chopped parsley
    5 c. chicken stock or canned broth
    1 c. cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute in butter onion, carrots and celery stalk with leaves. Saute 15 minutes.
    Add potatoes and parsley.
    Stir and cook 1 minute.
    Add chicken stock or canned broth, cream, salt and pepper.
    When potatoes are done, puree.
    Serve hot or cold.
