Microwave Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 slices wrapped cheese
    salt
    pepper
    paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Melt margarine for 30 seconds in microwave.
    Stir in flour. Add this to milk and stir well.
    Cook on High for 6 minutes, or until sauce is thick.
    Spoon sauce into bottom of casserole dish, then potatoes in layers, along with cheese pieces.
    Salt and pepper.
    Repeat until sauce, potatoes and cheese are gone.
    Add paprika for garnish.
    Cook for 11 minutes on High.
    Turn potatoes and cook for another 11 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
