Low-Fat Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 qt. 1% milk
    4 Tbsp. Promise margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. Lipton dry onion soup mix
    8 oz. jar (low-fat) Cheez Whiz
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain and cool. Blend broccoli in blender with part of milk until creamy.
    Melt margarine and add flour to make a smooth paste.
    Add milk and cheese.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.
    Add broccoli mixture and heat thoroughly.
    Serves 6.
