Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
    10 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Bake pastry shell at 450\u00b0 for 7 minutes, or until lightly browned.
    Sprinkle all but 2 tablespoons of the crumbled bacon on bottom of shell.
    Distribute shredded cheese on top of bacon. Combine flour, salt, nutmeg, eggs and milk; pour over cheese and bacon.
    Sprinkle reserved bacon on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Let cool 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 4.
