Phyllis' Lima Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) sack frozen fordhook limas
    3 slices bacon
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook the limas for a few minutes in the microwave.
    Fry the bacon; remove bacon.
    Saute onions and celery in bacon grease. Add the tomatoes.
    Add beans, bacon, sugar and salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook down.
