Ingredients

1 large pkg. Jell-O (I use raspberry, but any flavor is okay)
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 c. buttermilk
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix Jell-O and crushed pineapple in saucepan and bring to a slow boil, stir constantly.
Cool this mixture and add buttermilk and fold in Cool Whip.
Chill for 12 hours.
