Baby Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 jars baby plums (baby food)
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and spices.
    Add oil, eggs and vanilla.
    Fold in pecans and baby plums.
    Bake in Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
    (Check for doneness after about 50 minutes, depending on your oven.)
