Beef Fajitas With Chunky Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean, boneless round steak
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
    1/2 c. chopped tomato
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    12 flour tortillas
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 1/2 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
    1/4 c. nonfat sour cream
Preparation
    Partially freeze steak. Trim fat from steak. Slice steak diagonally across grain into 1/4-inch strips.
    Combine steak and next 4 ingredients in a shallow dish. Cover and marinate steak in refrigerator 6 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally. Combine cilantro, tomato and onion in a small bowl. Stir well. Cover mixture and chill at least 1 hour.
    Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
    Place over medium-high heat until hot. Add steak. Cook 5 to 6 minutes until steak is browned, stirring frequently.
    Remove steak from skillet using a slotted spoon and divide evenly among tortillas. Roll up tortillas.
