Pork Loin With Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. pork loin
    1 (1 lb.) can applesauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, mustard and pepper; rub over meat. Place fat side up in roasting pan.
    Roast at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes per
    pound.
    One
    hour
    before end of roasting, spread with mixture of applesauce and remaining ingredients.
    Serves 6 to 8.
