Bill'S Pinto Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag dry pinto beans
    2 pork chops
    garlic
    onion
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight.
    Drain beans and rinse.
    Put beans, garlic, onion, salt and pepper in a 3-quart pot, cover with water, boil for 5 minutes, stirring.
    Add pork chops and boil for 3-1/2 minutes while stirring.
    Reduce heat to a simmer and cook 3 hours, stirring from time to time.
    Remove chops from pot and with a fork, shred meat and remove bone.
    Return meat to pot.
    Adjust seasonings.
    Serve with chopped onions, cornbread and sliced ham or with warm flour tortillas, cheese and salsa.
