3 Bean Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 can baby lima beans, drained or cooked frozen limas
    6 slices bacon
    2 large onions, chopped
    1/3 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    In a large casserole, layer beans in the order given.
    In a skillet, cook bacon, remove, crumble and sprinkle over beans.
    In 2 tablespoons of the drippings, saute onion until tender.
    Add vinegar and sugar.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Pour over beans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
