Cheddar Dijon Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    crackers
Preparation
    With a hand mixer or blender, mix the cheeses, margarine and mustard until smooth.
    Spoon mixture into a bowl.
    Cover. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours until firm.
    Shape into a ball.
    Roll in chopped nuts.
    Makes 2 cups.
