Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
1 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/4 c. flour
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 sweet pepper, chopped
1 can minced clams (optional)
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, combine broth, onion and sweet pepper. Bring to boiling.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until onion and sweet pepper are tender.
