Chicken Salads - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cold, cooked, diced chicken
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. diced pineapple
    1 c. diced celery
    2/3 c. diced apple
    2/3 c. raisins
    mayonnaise dressing
Preparation
    Steam raisins until plump. Combine with chicken, celery, nuts, apples and pineapple. Moisten with mayonnaise. Mix lightly with 2 forks. Serve in crisp lettuce cups. Serve with mayonnaise. Makes 6 servings.
